Hello AASRO Members~
We are very pleased to announce an upcoming free webinar open to AASRO member organizations, as we continue with our “AASRO Grand Rounds” and “Innovation Talks.” These webinars are an opportunity for AASRO member organizations to share information about a particular project, or to present a topic for discussion and seek input from other organizations.
We held our first webinar on June 23, 2017 with Jill Darling from USC presenting information on the USC Dornsife/LA Times Presidential “DayBreak” Poll which is part of the ongoing Understanding America Study (UAS). Our second was held on October 17, 2017 when Andy Smith from UNH discussed the development of a web panel for faculty and students by leveraging existing research studies.
Our next presentation comes from the University of Michigan. Stephanie Chardoul, Senior Survey Director and Joe Matuzak, Survey Manager will share SRC’s experience with recruiting respondents in Detroit, with the goal of developing a long-term web panel that represents the city and is available to engage in future data collections. Stephanie and Joe will describe the multi-mode recruitment design, and outcomes and lessons learned as we finished the recruitment and then administered two waves of survey data collection.
So, “Save the Date” and time:
Date: January 23, 2018

The first week of January, you will receive an invitation from Kevin Ulrich, AASRO Communications Coordinator, with details on how to register for AASRO’s next Grand Rounds.
Please plan to join us.
